Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Technology / Construction Management / Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent (knowledge in contracts is an added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in either a construction firm or a quantity surveying practice with an ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure and work independently
- Previous experience in the preparation or analysis of loss and expense, variation and extension of time claims and provisions of contractual advice would be a distinct advantage
- An excellent command of spoken and written English language
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malaysia or Singapore and on short-term overseas assignments
- Possess high level of integrity, pleasant personality, strong analytical and organizational skills
- A team player, able to communicate & coordinate effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (Microsoft Project or Primavera is an added advantage)
- Only candidates who wish to further their career as a specialist construction contract consultant an would consider undertaking further academic qualifications to complement this area of work (e.g. LLB, MSc etc) should apply
