About Charlton Martin Consultants
The Charlton Martin Group provides construction contract consultancy services to the construction, engineering, power, process, petrochemical, oil and gas industries worldwide, dealing specifically with the many disputes and varied problems, which frequently arise.

Having worked together successfully for some ten years, with Michael Charlton as Joint CEO and Rodney Martin as Group Regional Director of major construction contracts consultants, Michael and Rodney have now established the Charlton Martin Group with practices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. They bring in excess of thirty years experience of working in the Asia Pacific and Australian regions. The Charlton Martin Group provides services to the construction industry on contractual matters and contract administration; claims preparation; training and seminars; mediation; adjudication and arbitration services and representation; litigation support and expert witness services.

Charlton Martin Group serves both international and domestic clients within the construction and allied industries. Our strength lies in the technical experience and professional qualifications of our consultants, many of whom hold both legal and technical qualifications. We have the capability of providing “One-Stop” consultancy services in respect of dispute avoidance and resolution of disputes in the construction and allied industries, e.g. providing comprehensive contractual advice, managing the resolution of disputes, claims analysis, claims preparation (with planning, legal and technical capability), defence of claims, negotiation, preparation of contractual documents, expert witness services and (where necessary) full management of the arbitral process including in-house advocacy by experienced advocates. We also assist clients for Staff Secondment and Professional Search Services. In addition, Public and In-House Training Seminars are provided by experienced and knowledgeable speakers.
